About the Program

The Majestic Strength Honors Conservatory Division is our elite pre-professional training track for dancers ages 12–18 who are preparing for college, conservatory, and professional careers in dance.

Through an advanced curriculum rooted in discipline, technique, artistry, and personal development, this program equips dancers with the tools and mentorship needed to thrive in today’s competitive dance industry.

Enrollment is by audition or invitation only and includes required weekly training hours, performance and conduct standards, and professional portfolio development.

This program is designed for dancers who:

Intend to pursue college dance programs, conservatories, or professional work
Are committed to high-level technical and artistic training
Thrive under structured mentorship, accountability, and feedback
Want to build a strong portfolio, résumé, and audition reel

Training Focus

Honors Conservatory dancers follow a curated and challenging curriculum that includes:

Classical Ballet & Pointe
Jazz, Contemporary, & Modern
Improvisation & Choreographic Tools
Leaps, Turns, & Lines
Conditioning & Injury Prevention
Artistic Coaching & Audition Prep

Dancers also receive access to exclusive choreography, guest artists, private coaching, and seasonal evaluations.

Weekly Commitment

Dancers accepted into the Honors Conservatory are required to train 10–14 hours per week.

Schedules are carefully aligned with Majestic Strength’s current offerings to allow full integration without burnout.

Professional Development

The Honors Conservatory Division goes beyond technique — we prepare the whole artist.

Expectations & Policies

As a pre-professional program, this division requires:

Consistent attendance and professionalism
Respectful behavior in and outside of the studio
Active participation in team fundraising and events
Full commitment to the Conservatory contract

Dancers who fail to uphold expectations may be placed on probation or removed from the program.

How to Join

The Majestic Strength Honors Conservatory Division accepts students by audition or invitation only.

Auditions are held twice a year. Private evaluations may be scheduled upon request.
