Miss Myaja Watson

Myaja Watson is the Founder and Director of Majestic Strength LLC, a performance-focused dance training environment dedicated to developing confident, disciplined, and well-rounded performers.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Myaja brings a unique combination of artistic expertise and strategic leadership to the dance industry. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), further strengthening her focus on organizational leadership, development, and long-term impact within arts education. She is a multi-business entrepreneur whose leadership extends across several ventures within the arts, education, and creative industries.

Beginning her dance journey at the age of four, Myaja has trained extensively across multiple styles and performance settings. Her experience includes choreography, instruction, mentoring, music video appearances, and collaborations with artists, giving her a diverse and well-rounded understanding of performance and training.

Throughout her career, Myaja has earned recognition through titles and honors including Miss Dominion Volunteer, Miss Interview, Miss Congeniality of the World Dance Pageant, and awards such as Most Captivating Performance and the Firecracker Award, reflecting her strength as a dynamic performer and leader.

As a young Black entrepreneur and educator, Myaja is passionate about raising the standard of dance training within her community by creating an environment where dancers are challenged, supported, and developed with intention. Her philosophy blends strong technical training, performance mindset, leadership development, and personal growth to prepare dancers for success both on and off the stage.

Guided by faith and driven by purpose, Myaja continues to lead Majestic Strength LLC as more than a dance studio — but as a space where artistry, discipline, and confidence are cultivated through excellence in training
